This Privacy Policy describes how The Volt Planner LLC (“The Volt Planner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of The Volt Planner web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). 1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect personal information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and any other details required during registration. If you sign up through a third-party authentication provider, we may receive your name and email address from that provider.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information (such as credit card number and billing address) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We may receive and retain limited billing information from the payment processor, such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address, for record-keeping and support purposes.

1.3 User-Generated Content

You may upload or input project-related data into the Service, including but not limited to floor plans, room specifications, electrical load calculations, job site details, and customer information for estimates and drawings (“User Content”). We collect and store this User Content to provide the Service to you.

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, features used, timestamps of activity, and general interaction data. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and how to improve it.

1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
